Kristen writes comprehensive, technical articles and features that focus on partnership and S corporation tax issues as well as litigation in the U.S. Tax Court and the federal district and circuit courts, analyzing pressing issues to engage the public and foster discussion. She first joined Tax Analysts in 2007, writing for Tax Notes Today International about information exchange, tax treaties, and other cross-border issues. From 2015 to 2018, she supported the global thought leadership strategy for EY LLP and was then a senior reporter for MLex U.S. Tax Watch before returning to Tax Analysts in 2018. Kristen has a BA in French from Pennsylvania State University and a JD from American University Washington College of Law.
