As a reporter himself, he covers news related to U.S. international tax, focusing on IRS and Treasury guidance and court developments. He previously served as legal reporter and senior legal reporter for Tax Notes Today Federal. Before joining Tax Analysts in 2013, Andrew worked as an international tax consultant for Deloitte Tax. He has a BS in commerce from the University of Virginia, a JD from George Washington University Law School, and a master of accountancy from George Washington University.
