The use of `Atmos 300,' an antifoam composed of monoglycerides and diglycerides of fat-forming fatty acids, as an antifoaming agent in wine, in the proportion of 25 parts per million, is considered as being consistent with good commercial practice.
Winemakers desiring to use this product as an antifoaming agent in wine may obtain approval of the Assistant Regional Commissioner, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax, by filing notice pursuant to the provisions of section 240.1052 of the Wine Regulations.
